Start Weight: 236 lbs (107.5 kg)
Last week: 178.5 lbs (81 kg)
This week: 174 lbs (79 kg)
Difference: 4 lbs (2 kg)
Total weight loss: 56 lbs (around 28.5 kg)
I haven’t been this weight in three years and it’s a bit emotional to finally be at the point where I feel like there isn’t millions of years left to me being happy with myself.I still don’t love my body, but I do feel like it won’t take too long till I am.
